We prefer to start with a meet and greet and walk-through of your home to determine whether or not we will be a good fit for eachother. During this visit, we'll go over all of the specifics as well as bring your "New Client Welcome Packet", which we will go over together.

This packet explains our back story, the services we offer, allows us to collect important information about our new client and goes over our terms and conditions. We DO require all new recurring clients to agree to our terms prior to starting any routeine services,

But don't worry! This is NOT a legally binding contract, it's more of a highly detailed service agreement outline explaining what we do and don't do. The last thing we want is for our clients to feel uninformed!

Our pricing is dependent on the square footage of your property.
